Composotech Structures has developed one of the most comprehensive wind turbine blade O&M programs available in the wind energy industry. Once you have placed your order with the wind turbine OEM, our experienced rotor blade manufacturing technicians can be deployed to the blade manufacturing facility to verify that your blades are produced to your specifications. Finding manufacturing defects and potential issues with the blades before they are shipped to your construction site reduces costs and delays thereby saving you money. Our technicians are capable of performing the following procedures.

• Engineering design reviews

• Manufacturing inspection

Once your rotor blades have been produced, our technicians will verify that they are loaded, strapped and shipped properly to minimize transportation damage. Once the blades arrive at your construction site they are then inspected for any potential transportation damage. Any damage found on the blades is repaired on site at the base of the turbine before the blades are attached to the rotor and lifted into place. Fixing your blades on the ground saves you time and money.
