Composite Tooling

Composotech has a depth of experience supplying high quality composite tooling, for products such as Wind Turbine Blades, Flight Simulator Housings.

Composotech´s ability to service Customers and their tight project schedules is enhanced with in house mold building capabilities. Past tooling ranges from gimbaled 20-foot diameter mirror molds to resin infused tools for wind turbine blades in excess of 100 feet long.

Composotech utilizes the latest in infusion technology to produce molds for various products. A strong technical and engineering staff in all areas of design and mold fabrication backs our tooling department.

Composotech manufactures low volume or one off components and can provide "soft" prototype tooling to reduce up front costs.
