Nothing is more important than making sure our technicians and our customer’s technicians are safe during the performance of their duties. This is the case whether we are working in our manufacturing facility, at a customer’s wind farm or up-tower repairing a wind turbine blade. For this reason, Composotech Structures has developed an extensive in-house training program for all of our employees. Our training covers the following areas and is administered annually as part of our re-certification program.
