Maximize performance and minimize your risks from the start. Ensuring proper aerodynamic alignment of the blades will reduce the level of vibration and stress on the entire turbine. Mass balancing of the rotor
will further enhance the turbines ability to operate within the desired parameters. Our Dynamic balancing program can reduce or eliminate costly repairs due to wear and tear on unbalanced components.

By engaging Composotech’s experienced on-site technicians you will also have the ability to quickly complete quality fiberglass repairs thereby minimizing costly losses associated with the utilization of expensive
crane time and delays in project completion.

At the time of startup, a vibration level bench mark is established. These vibrations levels can be checked annually to ensure that the turbine is operating under normal levels. The method of testing will be used
as a go – no go gauge to indicate early problems that often lead to undesired wear on turbine components, reduced turbine performance, and ultimately down time.
