Composotech has extensive blade manufacturing knowledge which is applied to our rotor blade repair procedures. We use only quality, proven materials that are compatible to the original laminate matrix of the blade. All repairs are documented and performed to quality standards that are
compliant to ISO 9000. Composotech’s facilities are fully equipped with turning fixtures and material handling equipment to accommodate any blade size. We can accommodate shipments by Transport, Rail, or Ship.

Off turbine repair of blades:
Composotech offers off turbine repair and refurbishment of blades. Blades that have seen extensive damage often cannot be repaired in an uncontrolled environment. Water and dirt will contaminate fiberglass lamination repairs. These foreign materials must be properly removed in order to ensure a quality repair in a controlled environment.
